If Refund Rescue decides you have a good case, we will continue to help negotiate resolutions which are acceptable to all sides under the law – or help you prepare a robust case for court – if necessary.
We are based in Scotland and we welcome clients from throughout the UK
We will have to agree a price beforehand. If we succeed in getting your refund, that fee becomes due. If we do not succeed, you pay nothing.
